The Ubuntu cloud community does all its development in the open, the best way to keep track of discussions, post questions and interact with the community is through one of the following venues. Mailing lists have the advantage of being delivered directly to your Inbox, most developers are going to be on the mailing lists. Forums however can be a little easier to start with for newcomers and you get to read only the message threads you care about.
